- PRIMERO. DIRIMIR el conflicto de jurisdicciones suscitado entre el Juzgado 002 Administrativo del Circuito de Guadalajara de Buga y el Juzgado 023 Civil del Circuito de Bogot� D.C., en el sentido de DECLARAR que el Juzgado 002 Administrativo del Circuito de Guadalajara de Buga, es la autoridad competente para conocer de la demanda promovida por Jaime Humberto Villada Garc�a y Mar�a Dolores Villada Bedoya contra la Notar�a 002 del C�rculo de Tulu�, la Registradur�a Nacional del Estado Civil y Certicamara S.A.
- SEGUNDO. Por medio de la Secretar�a General de esta Corporaci�n, REMITIR el expediente CJU-7921 al Juzgado 002 Administrativo del Circuito de Guadalajara de Buga, para que proceda con lo de su competencia y comunique esta decisi�n al Juzgado 023 Civil del Circuito de Bogot� D.C. , a las partes e interesados en el tr�mite procesal.
